Legal Agreement Governing Your Use of Our Platform

To create an account and use idr138, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. idr138 strictly prohibits underage gambling. We reserve the right to request government-issued identification documents (such as Indonesian national identity card - KTP, driver's license - SIM, or passport) to verify your age. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately terminated, and all funds forfeited without refund or recourse.
You must possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must not be legally prohibited, restricted, or otherwise disqualified from participating in online gambling activities. You warrant that you are acting solely on your own behalf as a private individual and not on behalf of any third party or entity.

You must not provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information. Misrepresentation of identity or registration details constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
Each individual may maintain only one active account on idr138. Creation of multiple accounts (commonly known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may be used to exploit bonuses, manipulate gaming outcomes, or evade restrictions. If we detect multiple accounts registered to the same person, verified through matching personal details, IP addresses, device fingerprints, payment methods, or other technical indicators, we reserve the right to close all such accounts, cancel all pending bets, void bonuses, and forfeit balances. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, typically ranging from Rp 20,000 to Rp 50,000. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name matching your idr138 account name. Third-party deposits (deposits from an account belonging to another person) are strictly prohibited. Deposited funds typically credit to your account balance within 0-10 minutes depending on the payment method and banking system processing times.
Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your name matching your idr138 account name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are prohibited. You may only withdraw funds using the same payment method(s) used for deposits, subject to anti-money laundering requirements. Withdrawal processing times depend on your VIP tier: Bronze tier (1-3 hours), Silver tier (30 minutes - 2 hours), Gold tier (15 minutes - 1 hour). Weekend and public holiday withdrawals may experience slight delays. Minimum withdrawal amounts typically start at Rp 50,000. Maximum withdrawal limits depend on your VIP tier and verification status.
To comply with anti-money laundering regulations, all deposits must be wagered at least one time (1x turnover) before funds become eligible for withdrawal. This requirement applies even if you do not claim any bonus. For example, a Rp 100,000 deposit requires at least Rp 100,000 in total bets placed before you can withdraw those funds. Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute through your bank or payment provider without first attempting to resolve the matter through idr138 customer support constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Upon detection of such action, your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation. If the chargeback is determined to be unjustified, your account will be permanently terminated, any remaining balance forfeited, and you may be banned from future idr138 services. We reserve the right to pursue legal action and debt collection for any losses incurred due to fraudulent chargebacks.

Each bonus is governed by specific terms and conditions, including eligibility requirements, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and expiration periods. Once a bonus is manually canceled, it cannot be reinstated.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the amount of deposits you made to your idr138 account during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless idr138, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any law or regulation; (c) your violation of any rights of any third party; (d) your use or misuse of the Platform; or (e) any fraudulent, unlawful, or negligent actions on your part.
These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of idr138, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which idr138 is licensed to operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. By using this Platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes.

If informal resolution fails, disputes may be escalated to formal mediation or arbitration in accordance with the rules of the licensing jurisdiction.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in or be represented in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against idr138.
